The Colour Yellow
Katja connects a lot of things with a specific colour: Her time at Med-School, her childhood, her happiness and the way she left home to find herself. For Katja, an emotional attached item does not mean a specific kind of garment. For her, it is the colour yellow, which she wears to calm down, but also to go ahead. Always in the need of light and brightness, yellow used to be her favourite since she was a child. Things changed when she was a teenager. All of her friends told her how ugly the beloved colour was and somehow, she started to believe that. Years later, when she left home and went to Madrid, she understood the importance of one’s own mind and thoughts and, after all, also the important role of the colour yellow in her life.
